Set out from Vibo Marina for a small-group boat trip along Calabria’s coast. You’ll fish, snorkel, and watch for dolphins and whales during roughly three hours on the water. Pickup is offered, the boat holds no more than 12 people, and the tour runs in English.

Leave Rovinj before sunrise with an English-speaking skipper such as Antonio, Nikola, Valentino, or Loris. After 20 to 30 minutes, watch dolphins gather near fishing boats hauling nets, often with the engine off. Small groups of up to 10 keep the outing calm and personal.

From Vibo Marina, you’ll troll for tuna or swordfish, search for wild dolphins, and swim near Pizzo’s Piedigrotta cave-chapel. The boat holds no more than 12 people, guides speak English, Italian, and German, and fishing and snorkeling gear are included. Dolphin sightings are never guaranteed.
